“The unexamined life is not worth living.”

No matter where you are inside your business — maybe you have a team or maybe you’re going solo…

If you do not explore [WHO] + [WHAT] your highest and best self actually is, you’re robbing yourself and the world blind of opportunity.

Here’s what I mean:

As a high-achieving business owner you are, by definition, high maintenance but not in a bad way. Just like high-performance cars — think Porsche, Masarati, Lambo’s, etc. — need more maintenance (at a higher cost too), you also need high maintenance.

Meaning: maintenance in the form of physical movement.

In fact, the most high-performing people in the world all have physical training as a non-negotiable every week:

  • Jeff Bezos
  • Mark Cuban
  • Barack Obama
  • Richard Branson
  • Tim Cook (wakes up at 4.30 or 5 am daily)
  • …the list goes on…

Why do these people have physical training scheduled when their work demands are so ridiculously high? Because it enables them to perform at their highest level every single day. And… it gives them an avenue to operate at their best DAILY.

Imagine how different the world would be if not for ambitious, high-performing people…

Becoming a high-achiever (entrepreneur, leader, business owner, athlete) means making the basics — for example, physical training — a non-negotiable. It’s making strategic moves that serve your larger strategic picture.

BUT,

Physical training is only the price of admission to reach your biggest goals faster. The true test is consistency and discipline even when you don’t feel like doing it.

If you want help to do this, I’m here to help.
